✧ I don't make refunds. *Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a block, your loss of any copyright over my work, and a "beware post" on my social media regarding your actions.

✧ Have a clear idea and visual references for commission. (even detailed written description helps for illustration art)

✧ I do not accept any urgent work.

✧ Not use my work for NFT or AI learning.

✧ If you want my art for commercial use, contact me to discuss that with me first.

✧ Usually, some works will publish on my personal social media or be showed on stream. Please inform me first if it's secret or you don't feel comfortable with that and does not allow posting.

✧ I won't draw : mecha, gore, old people, realism, violence or hate of any kind, complex backgrounds, nsfw of female characters, illegal stuff.

✧ (Illustrations) I only accept 3 changes on the sketch and 3 for the base colors on the flatcolor.

✧ Be patient and kind with me, I may struggle with english sometimes and I'm sensitive ;w;

✧ I may not reply or check dm's when my commission are closed.

✧ Payment via Paypal and Ko-fi are the only form of payment I accept.

✧ (Illustration) Payment can be made 100% upfront or 50% after I send the first sketch and the other 50% when the piece is done.

✧ I don't make refunds.

✧ Extra characters, items, complex desings have extra cost.

✧ Comercial use have extra cost.

✧ I will announce in my social when the commissions are open.

✧ You will receive a reply within 48 hours if I accept your commission. I have limited slots!

✧ Illustration and chibi art may take 1 week to 1 month. I'll always let you know if I need more time ></

✧ I always update you as I progress. I usually send the updates like : sketch > lineart > base colors > final piece.

✧ I'll ask questions and be communicative with you because I want you to be happy with the final product ><

✧ I prioritize orders based on arrival and my likes.

✧ I'll email you with the final product or send a Google Drive link so it doesn't lose quality.

✧ If you are a recurring customer, I'll may prioritize your request and send you my personal discord where I'm more available :3
